Throughout the winter my front closet had a terrible draft. Well, summer has rolled around and we've been getting some heavy rains. Lately I noticed a but if a moldy/musty smell. Started blaiming it on the kitties actually. I never go in this closet, mostly just has winter gear and storage. Needed to check to see if I had any coolant... Then I found this. Big water stain and holy mold hell I'm going to die. Luckily it's an apartment so I'll be contacting the leasing office tomorrow. (That's the ceiling where the water has been leaking in)
here's a praying mantis I spotted this morning and an orange Lambo

You found a lambro in your closet?!?! Lucky! All I found was an old paintball gun, the bag to a folding chair (without the chair), and a 12 lbs medicine ball that had absorbed the color of the cardboard box it was sitting in...

at home depot they sell a biocidal bleach for about $4/gal. Buy some and a $10 Hudson or superdoaker as mentioned. Its about as good as the industrial IAQ2500 we use.
Have those slum lords replace all that drywall and fix the leak. Cheap asses!
